Once a budget has been decided upon and your wishes have been outlined we can get to work on locating suitable suppliers and services.

In the second meeting we will discuss the ceremony and/or reception location and decide upon which ones you would like to visit.

In the next three meetings we will present to you a number of suppliers including photographers, florists, transport companies and the like. From here you can decide which companies you would like to meet.

When all of the suppliers have been agreed upon and confirmed, the sixth meeting will take place. You and your Wedding Planner can get to work on all of the extras such as the invitations, the seating plan, the gifts, table decorations and so on. At this point you will have a clearer idea of how your wedding will pan out so it is time to add personal touches, which your Wedding Planner can advise you on.

In the seventh meeting we will arrange to meet up with the caterer or a representative from the reception location. It is during this meeting that we will discuss all aspects of the reception including the menu, the setup of the room and the plans for the evening celebration.

The final meeting will be held during the two weeks before your wedding day. In this meeting your Wedding Planner will create a detailed itinerary for the bridal party for the day itself. We will also review any aspects which have yet to be done and make arrangements as necessary.

This package also includes the following:

• A personal Wedding Planner who you will have unlimited contact with from day one by phone and email.
• Your Wedding Planner will confirm and finalise all the details from your chosen suppliers and provide them with a detailed schedule of events.
• Assistance with booking meetings and appointments with vendors.
• A Personalised Wedding Plan for you and your Partner so you can keep track of all other events such as the rings, the honeymoon and wedding attire.
• Your Wedding Planner will join you on up to three of your appointments at Bridal shops for that all important wedding dress shopping if you wish.
